Bbqbarbecues Contemplate A Free Barbecue

Evesham, Worcestershire (PRWEB UK) 15 August 2012

BBQBarbecues have been around on the internet for around 2 years now and they?re constantly evolving and growing their customer base at an incredible rate. With over 2,000 Facebook fans and an even larger following on Twitter, it?s not hard to see why this online retailer of barbecues is successful.

Over the past few months, BBQBarbecues? sister websites Toolbox and Plumbworld have both launched similar giveaway competitions on Facebook which have been relatively triumphant. However, the marketing department are still a bit sceptical despite the previous competitions running well and have opted to get public input before launching anything.

The guys at BBQBarbecues are looking for viable ideas for giveaway prizes; if there?s a certain item that you think will make a great prize, why not suggest it to them on their BBQBarbecues Facebook page...

Scott Morris, Marketing Manager at BBQBarbecues stated in regards to the prize: ?We?re looking for something which will directly relate to the type of customers we?re trying to target and interact with. We don?t really want to do the generic iPad giveaway, as based on our other competitions we just get a bunch of freeloaders liking the page in the hope to get a freebie. We want to provide value but at the same time broaden our relationship with those who follow us on social media sites. Any prize suggestions will be hugely appreciated and then considered by the rest of the marketing team before we decide upon anything!?

It appears as if they?re currently thinking about going down the route of offering a top-end, 3 burner gas barbecue as a prize for the competition; but nothing?s set in stone yet.

Be sure to keep involved in the latest updates from the BBQBarbecues website by subscribing to their blog updates, Facebook page or Twitter.

BBQBarbecues currently operates on the new, rebranded and ever-expanding Online Home Retail Network which currently features around 50 websites which sell everything from a shower enclosure and bathroom mirror to garden watering systems and hover lawn mowers. Online Home Retail Limited first started out as Plumbworld Ltd back in 1999 and since then it has been bought by the Grafton Group PLC in 2006 and received a major rebrand in 2012. The business now employs 60 people in its purpose built warehouse/offices and has a total turnover nearing ?25 million per year.
