Wholesale, it keeps pace with diesel. Maybe a little more. I haven't seen it go up any faster than auto gas over the past 10 years so I would guess around $ 4.00. I may be an optimist though.

The answer depends on too many variables to give a correct answer. In fact if we could predict that we all could make a fortune investing in the futures market.
With a bit of luck an alternative can be found and certified in five years time lowering demad will lower cost!

depends in the middle east it will be probaly the price of it now but it cold be up by at least 20 % or even more
